Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which you received it, with its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If possible, please notify us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.
Perishable Goods
Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, certain products cannot be returned.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded (§312g Abs. 2 Nr. 2 BGB).
Additionally, sealed food products cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
European Union 14-Day Withdrawal Right
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, the item must be returned unopened and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
